For the furnish type, usually fully furnished flats have a higher rent than semi furnished flats and unfurnished flats have the least rent

Whereas for seller type, builders may sell the flats directly whereas agents would take commission and owners would aim for profit

And for property type, villas and penthouses may have higher rent and apartments would have a comparatively lesser rent.

This was based on domain knowledge so I tried including those factors as well to see if they help
